As a Recruitment Specialist @ codequest, your job will be to find, help grow our employees and keep them happy.

Your main duties will be:

  • Building good and lasting relationships with candidates
  • Managing full recruitment lifecycle
  • Taking care for excellent Candidate and Employee Experience
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Conducting existing and implementing new Employer Branding activities
  • Improving existing processes and implementing your ideas

Essential requirements:

  • You need to like and genuinely care about people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill based on the empathic approach
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency preferably for technical positions)
  • Native or fluent Polish
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and the ability to apply them effectively
  • Skill in writing texts in Polish and English
  • Proactiveness and responsibility
  • Self-reliance and a great time- and job-management skill

We would love if you had:

  • Degree in psychology or other HR-related major
  • Knowledge of Trello and any ATS
